"Absolutely loved it and the stress and anxiety dropped immediately. Thank you so much for sharing this technique. I plan to use it often."

Cindy Ogle

According to the Mayo Clinic, "Meditation is Good Medicine".

My clients have had numerous and varied benefits. Some have have noticed that they've lost weight when their stress hormones were lowered, without changing anything else int their diet or activity levels. Some found that their blood pressuure reduced or normalized; a few have been taken off of blood pressure medication.

Mostly, clients report that they sleep better, have reduced anxiety, have more energy and improved focus, and are less likely to have interpersonal relationship struggles when practicing mindfulness.

Some of the benefits include:

  • Release Emotional and Physical Tension
  • Reduces or Eliminates Symptoms of Stress-Induced Health Struggles
  • Increased Memory
  • Less Anxiety and Depression
  • A Feeling of Balance
  • A Sense of Increased Creative Potential

Themed Session Options

Guiding staff through an assessment body scan, addressing tension and developing strategies to release stress are the foundations of the program. While some companies prefer a more traditional approach, some companies prefer specific themes weekly or monthly such as:

  • Letting go of perfectionism and procrastination
  • Addressing the work/home balance or the work from home struggle
  • Unleashing creativity and developing new ideas and projects
  • Creating a public speaking platform and developing the perfect pitch.
  • Reinventing purpose
  • Developing a winning mindset and confidence
  • Financial anxiety and building self-value

When a company decides to work with me after the initial consultation session, the staff gains access to a short introduction to meditation course to prepare them for upcoming sessions and to develop their own personal practice, in privacy and with autonomy.

My secular program, The Muddy Path, is layered with a podcast, courses and more. We each have our own path but we are on the same journey. My program is unique in that I provide an integrated approach that uses strategies and insight from my experience in the therapy room as a licensed therapist and my distinctive experience in working with Plum Village, the late Thich Nhat Hanh's Buddhist community and initiation from His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
