May you be in love with your life, when you wake up and take notice that not everyone has the luxury of taking in another sunrise. For someone, they will never touch the grass with their feet again. Never notice a cloud in a sky. For someone, yesterday or today, was their last moment of hearing a bird chirp, a child laugh or feel the sun on their face.

SMOOTHIE RECIPE

  • Two celery stalks
  • five ripe strawberries
  • almond milk
  • 3-4 pitted dates

Mix well, enjoy over ice.
